Have you seen this guy on the rail trail?
A few months ago, I was jogging on the Wallkill Valley Rail Trail when a strange guy blocked my path. He stood in the middle of the trail with his arms and legs wide open, leaving me little room to get around him. “Can I run with you?” he asked, following me after I slipped by him. “No!” I shrieked. I am usually a slow, leisurely runner. Now, I was the Bionic Woman. Adrenaline kicked in, and I have never moved so fast in my life.
I learned yesterday in the Kingston Daily Freeman online that this guy has been apprehended for being inappropriate with a few women on the rail trail, and grabbing one. This is definitely the guy I encountered. I am relieved they caught him.
When I called the Rosendale Police to say that I’d had an uncomfortable encounter with him, they said many women had called. He’s being held on $20,000 bail. I hope we never see him there again.

Very important to track this guy’s time in jail. A lot of these guys get out, and then are very focused.
All incidents should be reported to the police officially.
